How to Install and Use Company Logo Fetch for Zoho CRM

Welcome to the Help Guide for the "Company Logo Fetch for Zoho CRM" extension developed by Codroid Labs.
This extension automates the process of fetching and updating company logos in your Zoho CRM accounts, saving you manual effort.

Step 1: Install the Extension

  1. Go to the Zoho CRM Marketplace.

  2. Search for "Company Logo Fetch for Zoho CRM" and click on Install.

  3. Agree to the terms and click Install. 

Step 2: Authorize the Extension

  1. Once installed, the system will ask you to authorize the extension to access your CRM data.

  2. Click on Accept and Allow to grant the necessary permissions.

Step 3: Generate and Enter the API Key To fetch logos seamlessly, you need a free API key from Logo.dev.

  1. Visit www.logo.dev and create a new account.

  2. Once logged in, navigate to your dashboard and copy the Publishable API Key.

  3. Go back to your Zoho CRM Extension Setup page.

  4. Paste the API key into the designated API field and click Save. 

Step 4: Using the Extension (Fetching Logos) The extension works automatically when you convert a Lead into an Account.

  1. Navigate to the Leads module in Zoho CRM.

  2. Open an existing Lead or create a new Lead with valid company details (ensure the website or email domain is accurate).

Step 5: View Your Fetched Logo

  1. Once the Lead is successfully converted, a new Account record is created.

  2. Navigate to the newly created Account record.

  3. You will see that the company logo has been automatically fetched and updated in the record's image section. No manual uploading is required! (Insert Screenshot here showing the Account record with the fetched logo)
